There are currently two versions of Big Brother available. Big Brother and Big Brother Professional Edition. Big Brother Professional Edition is an enhanced version of Big Brother. It has all of the features of Big Brother but adds additional functionality. The chart below summarizes the differences:

Big Brother is Free for Non-Commercial Use

Big Brother is appropriate for personal use (non-commercial) and use by non-profit organizations; others are recommended to use the Professional Edition.

Big Brother is provided in source code format for Unix and Linux, and precompiled for Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003(client only). User contributed clients are also available for Netware, Mac OS/9, VMS, AS/400 and VM/ESA.

For commercial users and companies looking at monitoring as a revenue generating business, we offer commercial licensing, co-branding and re-branding options.
